SEED AFFORDABLE HOUSING, BROOKLYN, NY
In association with NYC HPD’s ‘New Foundations for Home Ownership program,’ five long vacant, semi-contiguous lots in Oceanhill/Brownsville, Brooklyn are being developed to create a 25-unit residential condominium, coupling low income home-ownership with urban, social and tectonic integrity. One- to three-bedroom units will be offered at tiers of affordability from 60% to 90% of area medium income.
